a studio designed
by women
for women.

Why rese exists ?

Rese was born from a simple belief shared by Emma and Melo: movement should make you feel more like yourself.

They wanted to create a space where women could build strength without pressure, move with intention and take time to reconnect with their bodies. A place where training feels challenging but never intimidating, precise but never rigid, and where taking care of yourself is not an afterthought.

RESE is their answer: a studio built by women, for women, where movement becomes a way to build a stronger body, a clearer mind and greater confidence — one session at a time.

Lasting results that build physical strength, confidence and a deeper connection with your body.

One mindset. Different workouts.
